What You Eat Matters to Us. It's very simple. We use all natural ingredients. ​Our meat is raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics ever. We don't use sodium nitrite or preservatives in any of our sausages. Our beef is grass fed. The lamb is free range. None of our animals have been raised in cages. We source our meats from reputable farms so we know how they've been raised. We use pork from Coleman Farms and our boar is truly wild.

Love this place. There's always plenty of room for a large party rolling through for lunch.

Chill little spot serving house made sausages and craft beers on tap. A couple of TV's in the walls. Sausage combo with choice of 2 sides (beans, potato salad, fries) $13 was satisfying. Sausage tasted overcooked and a bit dry. The fries were barely warm but seasoned. Baked beans had a hint of smokiness and paprika? 6 selections of self serve condiments.

Visited this bar with friends. Amazing drinks collection with an extensive menu of foods. Breakfast items are great here. I like crispy foods so tried fried ones. Sausage Plate, Vegan Apple Sage Sausage, Chicken Cherry Sausage is nice here.
